Hello everyone - Lindsey here! This is my second year singing Alto for SNAP!'s amazing show. In the "real world"
I'm a Special Events Coordinator and Program Head at the Center for
Community at Otterbein College, as well as a therapist for a young autistic
child. I'm a Preforming Arts buff doing everything from art (photography,
graphic design and painting) to dancing and singing, and theatre - both behind the scenes and on stage. I consider myself a decent athlete playing any and
everything I can. I especially enjoy tennis, running, and rock climbing.

Buon giorno! I am Lindsey Schmitz. No, I don’t really speak Italian, and I don't have any nicknames (so don’t try coming up with any :-) I joined SNAP! this year to stay active in dance. I have danced for 17 years, instructed dance for a national dance company for three years, as well as planned dance competitions for COA Cheer and Dance, AND worked/wrote for Dance Spirit magazine in New York City. Now that I'm home, it's nice to still be a part of something dance. Plus it's a great way to stay in shape! I am an Education Assistant for The Supreme Court of Ohio. Besides working and dancing, I spend most of my time with my husband, Ben, and chihuahua, Ren. I also spend WAY too much time decorating my house--I'm an HGTV fanatic!

What’s up Columbus? I am the one and only Gabriel Scott, otherwise known as “G”. I will be both singing and dancing in this my first season with SNAP! I love performing and love getting to interact with other talented people. I love performing because it gives me the opportunity to express myself through several different avenues...acting, singing, dancing, etc. I currently work as a bill collector and am preparing to enter ministry school in the fall of 2009. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to travel and I am a movie fanatic. I also enjoy going to the park, listening to music, and eating good food! See you at The Abbey.

Hello SNAP! Patrons, my name is Debbie Sheppard. I have been in SNAP! for five years - I think (all but last year)! I am a Soprano extraordinaire! :) I have loved singing since I was a little girl. There's nothing like being on stage. SNAP! is extra special because I can do what I love while raising money for a great cause. In the “real world” I am a mortgage underwriter JPMorgan Chase. I love sports, but mostly OSU football. I enjoy going out my friends to watch a movie or going out to dinner. But most of my free time is spent with my 2 sons (Jacob and Alex) and my husband (Ward). We spend most evenings at one of our sons' sporting events, whether it's football, soccer, baseball, or basketball. Never a free moment!

Hello folks, my name is Joel Shireman, and I have been with SNAP! since it's conception 5 years ago. This year I'll be singing in all sorts of numbers, and I've been given the task of music direction and Band Coordination. So, I hope you like the music because it's my fault if you don't. Seriously though, I love this group. It's a great way for me to put my music degree to good use by sharing my love of music with all of you. Outside of SNAP! you can find me working at Hondros College, Starbucks Westerville, and moonlighting at local Karaoke bars. Enjoy the show!

Hey Everyone!! My name is Lynette Shy and I'm one of the founders of the group. This year you'll only catch me in one number as I'm taking on the director role! SIX DEGREES is an incredible show, you won't want to miss it!! As for my non-SNAP! life (is there such a thing?) I have a wonderful husband who supports me in every way, without him SNAP! would not exist! We have two beautiful children, AJ and Elle - neither of which can wait until their 18th birthday to join the group. These last six years have been amazing!! I love you guys!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaah SNAP!! (with a cheerleader kick to the side).

Bon jour, my name is Iris and this will be my third year in SNAP! I am multi-talented, so I will be singing AND dancing in this year's show. I typically sing the Soprano part during my vocal numbers, and I dance in the hip-hop and jazz numbers. Outside of singing and dancing, I am a hair technician. In my free time I enjoy writing poetry, going to live concerts, and traveling. I have even been to Hawaii! Can't wait to see you at the show! |
